At Auryu, we build products designed to last and formulas designed to perform — and we stand fully behind every one. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. That's not a legal disclaimer. That's a promise.

This policy covers both our insulated water bottles and our electrolyte mix. Please review the section that applies to your purchase.


Part 1 — Insulated Water Bottles

Applies to: All Auryu 17oz & 24oz Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottles purchased directly from auryu.com or authorized sellers.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your bottle within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange — no lengthy explanations required.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused and free of damage caused after delivery
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • Must be purchased directly from auryu.com or an authorized Auryu seller (Amazon Auryu storefront)

How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact us: Email us at support@auryu.com or use the contact form on our website. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2 — We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Step 3 — Ship your item back using the label or instructions provided. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Step 4 — Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Sale & Discounted Items

All items — including sale items, promo code purchases, and bundles — are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions above. No shortened window for discounted purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Bottles that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery due to misuse
  • Bottles purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (non-Auryu storefronts)
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our team

Warranty Policy — The Auryu Promise

2-Year Manufacturer's Guarantee

Every Auryu bottle is built from premium 18/8 (304) food-grade stainless steel and engineered to withstand daily use for years. We back that up with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the original date of purchase.

Why 2 years instead of "lifetime"? Because we believe in honest promises. A 2-year guarantee we fully honor beats a "lifetime" promise buried in exclusions. If demand shows us our bottles last longer — and we believe they will — we'll upgrade this guarantee.

What Is Covered

  • Broken, cracked, or leaking lids and caps that result from manufacturing defects
  • Loss of insulation performance not caused by external physical damage (e.g., your drinks are no longer staying cold or hot as specified)
  • Structural defects: rough welds, rattling components, irregular seams
  • Damage that occurs during shipping from Auryu to you (must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • Powder coat peeling or flaking within the first 6 months under normal use

What Is NOT Covered

  • Dents, scratches, scuffs, or chips resulting from drops, impacts, or general use
  • Discoloration from improper cleaning
  • Loss of insulation caused by physical damage to the bottle exterior or interior wall
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or modification of the product

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Step 1 — Contact us: Email support@auryu.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and 2–3 clear photos of the issue.

Step 2 — We'll review your claim within 2–3 business days. We will send you instructions for shipping the bottle back for inspection. For straightforward cases where the defect is clearly visible, we may resolve the claim with photo documentation alone — our team will advise you on a case-by-case basis.

Step 3 — Resolution: Approved claims will receive a replacement bottle (same size and color, or comparable if the original is unavailable) or a store credit at Auryu's discretion.

Replacement Policy

  • Warranty replacements will be the same size and color as the original product
  • If the original is discontinued, we'll replace it with a product of equal or greater value — your choice of available color
  • Replacement bottles carry the remaining duration of the original warranty period

Limitation of Liability

Auryu's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product or store credit. Auryu shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Part 2 — Electrolyte Mix

Applies to: Auryu Electrolyte Mix (Lemon Lime, Watermelon, Salti) purchased directly from auryu.com or the official Auryu Amazon storefront.

We are proud of what's inside every stick. No fillers. No fluff. Just a formula we built to perform. If it doesn't perform for you — we'll make it right. Full stop.

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We know that finding the right electrolyte formula takes time. That's why we give you 60 days to try Auryu Electrolytes — a full two months of daily use — before deciding if it's right for you.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your purchase date, we will:

  • Replace it: We'll send you a different flavor at no cost — no return necessary.
  • Refund it: We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return, no restocking fee, no hassle.

You Do Not Need to Send Anything Back

We trust you. You don't need to ship us an empty bag or a half-used pack. Returning a used consumable makes no practical sense for anyone. Just reach out, and we'll handle it.

Eligibility

  • Purchase must be made directly from auryu.com or the official Auryu Amazon storefront
  • The claim must be submitted within 60 days of the original order date
  • One refund or replacement per customer per product SKU — this guarantee is for genuine satisfaction, not repeated free product
  • We may ask for your order number, purchase location, flavor, and lot code to process your request efficiently

We'll respond within 1–2 business days and resolve your request within 5–7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your electrolyte order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will re-ship the correct product at no charge. You will not be asked to return the damaged item.

A Note on Fairness

This guarantee exists because we believe in our product and in our customers. It is not intended to be exploited. Customers found to be submitting fraudulent or repeated claims in bad faith may be ineligible for future purchases from Auryu.
